"All at the same time"

Recently, there was an earthquake in my current areas, precisely on the island of Bohol island. As I noticed, the news give rather only information about typhoon, if there is still anything about the tragedy in Tacloban said. Hard to tell now because I don't have Polish television here.

Everything has been destroyed: homes, historic churches, places of worship. Rescuers get there by helicopters or by sea with ships, because roads and bridges simply collapsed. Most of the families were able to find some shelters in evacuation centers but they have nothing to come back to. Apparently, there are aftershocks expected.

It's said that this is the most dangerous place in the whole Philippines, because Bohol is shielded by the other islands. Very often, it's the reason why typhoons leaves this place out.

Two tragedies at the same time. Let's help them too!

Ostatnio w moich obecnych rejonach miało miejsce trzęsienie ziemi, dokładnie na wyspie wyspę Bohol.

Jak zauważyłem w mediach podawane są raczej tylko informacje o tajfunie, jeśli jeszcze cokolwiek mówią o tragedii w Taclobanie. Trudno mi to teraz stwierdzić ponieważ nie mam tutaj polskiej telewizji.

Wszystko zostało zniszczone domy, zabytkowe kościoły, miejsca kultów. Ratownicy docierają tam helikopterami lub statkami ponieważ drogi i mosty po prostu się zapadły. Większości rodzin udało znaleźć się schronienie w centrach ewakuacyjnych ale nie mają już dokąd wrócić. Podobno przewidywane są jeszcze wstrząsy wtórne.

Mówią, że jest to najbezpieczniejsze miejsce na Filipinach ponieważ Bohol osłaniają inne wyspy. Bardzo często dzięki temu omijane jest przez tajfuny.
